indie

I was in total oblivion to the hint you were making upon finding out the Stars CD's you spent a whole night searching for, burning, and bringing to my lit up smile and shriek. Total oblivion to the simple compliments that slid between my rush from class to class and your sleepiness. It never occurred to me that this is what nice guys do. Little things. Waiting patiently for that sight of happiness in her eyes. That's all they would want in the girl who was full of love. Love she never even knew existed.

Oh man... the little things can mean so much to a guy, especially if waiting is involved. That time waiting is usually spent anxiously anticipating and thinking about that other person a lot. Its odd because im on the other end of the same thing from you. I've been so patient and continually enduring of the constant let downs. but seriously, theres only so much one person can take before the patience breaks and the dismay, the yearning, and the heart-wretching becomes unbearable... where a simple smile or a genuine appreciation would suffice in avoiding such pains. But give a cookie to a mouse, and it will want milk. >.<
